Frequently asked questions
Is there a lifetime contract for institutions?
No. Contracts run for 3, 6 or 12 months, and the price changes only with the seat count and the term.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price shown includes VAT, and the tax invoice shows it separately.
What happens when the contract ends?
Members lose access to the institutional plan, keep their personal accounts and data, and get the plan back as soon as you renew.
Can the institution see what members write?
No. The institution knows who activated a seat; members' conversations and content inside the apps never reach it.
What if a member leaves?
Their seat is withdrawn and a new code can be issued to another member within the contracted seat count.
Is Soul a substitute for therapy?
No. Soul is accessible wellbeing support, and it directs the user to support lines and professionals when risk signs appear.
What about Zayenha Quran?
Zayenha Quran is always free for everyone and is included in the bundle at no cost. Organisations can sponsor its programmes without anything in it ever being locked.
