By using Zayenha Hub — which unites apps for Life, Business, Creativity, and Knowledge in one place with a unified loyalty points system — you agree to the following terms.

Use Rules

You must be 18 or older to create an independent account. Minors may use the platform under guardian supervision and full responsibility per Saudi e-commerce regulations.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, password, and verification codes confidential.
Account sharing with other persons is not permitted.
You must provide accurate, current information at registration and update it promptly when it changes.

Prohibited Activities

Attempting to breach, manipulate, or bypass platform security
Publishing content that violates Saudi law or Islamic Sharia
Reselling subscriptions or activation codes without authorized distributor status via the official distributor program
Using automated tools for registration, excessive service consumption, or to exploit the loyalty & points system
Impersonating any official entity or Zayenha Hub staff

Payments, Invoicing & Refunds

All payments are in Saudi Riyals via SAMA-licensed payment providers (Moyasar and others). Tax e-invoices are issued in compliance with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) requirements. For detailed refund terms see Refund Policy.

Loyalty Points & Wallet

Loyalty points have symbolic value within the platform only — they are not redeemable for cash nor transferable to other users.
Points expire one year after they become available, per the announced points policy.
Wallet balance (Riyals) is usable within the platform only and not convertible to cash.

Intellectual Property

All trademark rights, the Zayenha Hub logo, content, designs, and listed apps are reserved for their owners. You may not use them commercially or reproduce them without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Zayenha Hub is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform, or temporary service interruptions due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, third-party outages, mandatory regulatory updates).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia including the E-Commerce Law, the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), regulations of the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST), and requirements of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA). Disputes are resolved exclusively before the competent courts of the City of Riyadh.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-platform notification a reasonable time before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the change constitutes acceptance of the new version.
