Zayenha Hub is committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) issued by SDAIA, its implementing regulations, and any subsequent updates.

Data We Collect

• Registration data: Name, email, phone, country & city, encrypted password.
• Usage data: Activated apps, loyalty points, wallet balance, transaction and subscription history.
• Payment data: We do not store your card data. Processing is handled by our SAMA-licensed payment provider (Moyasar), which receives only what is required to complete the transaction.
• Device data: Browser type, operating system, IP address (hashed for security and anti-fraud purposes only).

How We Use Your Data

• Operate your account and deliver requested services across the four Zayenha layers (Life, Business, Creativity, Knowledge)
• Send service notifications and important updates (operational only — no marketing without explicit consent)
• Run loyalty & points programs, and apply partnership discounts & distributor codes
• Improve the platform and develop new features based on aggregated, anonymized analysis
• Comply with Saudi legal and regulatory requirements

Data Sharing

We never sell your data. We share only with:

• Cloudflare — infrastructure, network, and security provider
• Moyasar — SAMA-licensed payment processor for wallet top-ups and subscriptions
• Saudi regulatory authorities (SDAIA, SAMA, CST, ZATCA) upon valid legal request only
• Platform app developers under strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
• Authorized distributors — receive only code activation metadata (no personal account data)

Cross-Border Data Transfers

Zayenha Hub uses globally-distributed infrastructure via Cloudflare; your data may transit processing centers outside Saudi Arabia for performance and security purposes. We apply contractual and technical safeguards consistent with Article (29) of the PDPL and its implementing regulations. No sensitive data is transferred outside the Kingdom without an explicit legal basis.

Data Retention

• Active account data: for the duration of your use of the platform
• Deleted account data: removed within 30 days of deletion request, except what must be retained by law
• Accounting records & e-invoices (ZATCA): 6 years per Saudi tax regulations
• Security & fraud logs: up to 2 years for investigation and compliance

Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Correct any inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
• Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to processing your data for marketing purposes
• File a complaint: You have the right to file a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) if you believe your data processing violates the law.

Children's Data

The platform is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect children's data. If an account is found to belong to a minor without guardian consent, it is deleted immediately upon notification.
