Offer terms

These terms cover the “Best offer of the year for 3 days”, seasonal campaigns and exceptional offers across Zayenha Hub and all its apps. They add to the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.

Best offer of the year for 3 days

• 50% off the list price, with the offer price rounded up to the next whole riyal.
• The offer is personal to each account. It starts on your first visit to any Zayenha product while signed in, lasts 72 hours, then stays away for a full 30 days before it returns.
• Your account’s email address must be confirmed.
• No offer window opens within 14 days of a purchase at the full list price, so nobody regrets yesterday’s purchase.
• The list price is a real selling price that every customer pays outside their window.

What the offer covers

• It covers subscriptions (the first period only, or the first year of an annual plan), lifetime purchases, and one-time tools and services.
• It does not cover wallet top-ups, gift cards, distributor codes, AI credit with a direct running cost, automatic renewals, institutional contracts, or fixed-price plans. Zayenha Quran is always free.
• A subscription renews at the list price after its first period. We say so before the pay button, and you can cancel at any time.

Other discounts

• Offers do not stack with promo codes, partner programme discounts or each other. The best one for you is applied automatically, and the payment page says why.
• Points and wallet balance are ways to pay, not discounts, so you can use them with an offer.
• A seasonal campaign takes the place of your personal offer while it runs, and the higher percentage of the two applies.
• An exceptional offer is a fixed price for a specific plan, announced with its duration on that product’s pricing page, and applies when it is the better deal for you.

Payment and invoice

• The server sets the price at payment, not the page. If you start paying inside your window you have two hours after it closes to finish; after that you see the list price before anything is charged.
• The tax invoice shows the list price and a discount line, and VAT is calculated on the price after the discount.
• A refund returns the amount you actually paid, under the Refund Policy.

Changes and withdrawal

We may change or withdraw offers at any time, and every completed purchase keeps its price. Questions: z@zayenha.com.
