About the Platform

What is Zayenha Hub?
Zayenha Hub is a smart Arab platform that unites apps for life, work, creativity, and knowledge in one place — with a unified account, authentic Arabic experience, and shared loyalty points across all its apps.
What are the four platform layers?
Zayenha Life — apps that improve your day, health, and daily life. Zayenha Business — tools that advance your career whether employed, freelance, or running a business. Zayenha Ibda (Creativity) — tools that unleash your creativity. Zayenha Knowledge — learning & knowledge apps that grow your expertise every day.
Is Zayenha Hub a Saudi platform?
Yes. Our headquarters is at King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Riyadh. We operate fully under Saudi regulations: Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), e-invoicing (ZATCA), and Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) requirements.
Is the platform available outside KSA?
Yes, Zayenha Hub serves users across the Gulf and Arab world. Some apps support multi-currency and multi-timezone, and our registration forms (distributors, partnerships, careers) are designed for all Arab countries with a complete list (including Palestine).
Is registration on Zayenha Hub free?
Yes — account creation and basic access are completely free. Some apps are fully free, some freemium, and some require subscription or one-time payment. All details and pricing are clearly shown on each app's page — no hidden fees.

Unified Account & Single Sign-On (SSO)

What does "Unified Account" mean in Zayenha Hub?
A single account that gives you full access to all Zayenha apps (Life, Business, Creativity, Knowledge) and partner apps connected to the platform — with no need to create separate accounts for each app, and no repeated data entry.
How does Single Sign-On (SSO) work technically?
When you sign in once via auth.zayenha.com, your session is securely stored in an encrypted HttpOnly cookie (zh_rt). Any linked app you open afterward recognizes your session automatically via the secure protocol — no re-login needed.
What are the key benefits of the unified account?
Seamless experience: no repeated sign-ups. Higher security: one strong password instead of dozens of weak ones. Shared loyalty points: earn in one app, spend in another. Unified wallet: single balance for all your subscriptions. Central management: your invoices, subscriptions, and benefits in one dashboard.
Is my full data shared with linked apps?
No. Each linked app receives only an anonymous user ID and minimum information needed to operate (name and email only if you explicitly grant permission). Sensitive data (password, payments, full records) is never shared, and you can review or revoke granted permissions anytime from your dashboard.
What if I forget my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page — you'll receive a reset link by email within seconds. The new password updates access to all linked apps immediately (no need to update each app separately).
Can I sign out of all apps at once?
Yes. The "Sign Out" button anywhere in Zayenha Hub ends your unified account session, automatically terminating sessions across all sub-apps — extra protection in case of device loss.
Do I need to activate an app before first use?
Yes — activation is one click from the app's page. Activation links the app to your account and adds it to "My Apps" in your dashboard. Free apps activate instantly; paid apps require choosing and paying for a plan.
What's the difference between "Official Apps" and "Partner Apps"?
Official apps: Zayenha's native apps across the four layers. Partner apps (Friends): trusted external apps recommended by Zayenha Hub that support unified sign-on — you can browse them at /friends.

Apps & Activation

How do I browse available apps?
From the Apps Store page you can browse by layer (Life/Business/Creativity/Knowledge), by category, or search directly by app name. The homepage also shows featured and new apps.
What's the difference between "Activation" and "Subscription"?
Activation: linking the app to your account (permanent, free, one-time). Subscription: monthly or yearly payment for paid features inside the app. Some apps only need activation (free); others require a subscription after activation.
Can I deactivate an app?
Yes — from "My Apps" in your dashboard you can deactivate or cancel auto-renewal anytime. Deactivation doesn't refund past subscriptions (see Refund Policy) but it stops renewals.
How do I know an app is new?
A "New" badge appears on cards of recently added apps. The added date is also shown in app details. Subscribe to the newsletter to get new apps first.
I have an app and want to list it on Zayenha Hub — how?
We welcome developer and company partnerships. Contact us at z@zayenha.com with a brief description of your app and user base; the partnerships team will follow up with listing terms and integration details.

Loyalty Points & Wallet

How do I earn loyalty points?
Several ways: refer friends who activate an app, subscribe to paid plans, top up your wallet with distributor codes (bonus points), activate partnership program codes (Qitaf, Mokafaa, government employee benefits, etc.), and seasonal rewards & offers.
What's the validity period for points?
Points are valid for a full year from the date they become spendable. Some points (like wallet top-up bonuses) are "locked" for 30 days before becoming spendable — to protect the system from misuse.
Where can I spend my points?
Across all Zayenha Hub apps — discounts on subscriptions, extra free days, exclusive features. Each app defines the point value and redemption mechanism.
Are points transferable or cashable?
No. Points have symbolic value within the platform only — not cashable nor transferable to other users. This is stated in the Terms of Service.
What is the wallet balance and how does it differ from points?
Wallet: a Saudi Riyal balance topped up via Moyasar or distributor codes, used to buy subscriptions and gift cards. Points: symbolic rewards that discount price or grant extra features. Both can be combined in the same purchase.
Can I withdraw my wallet balance?
No, the balance is for platform use only. However, you may request a refund for an unused top-up within 14 days of the top-up per the Refund Policy.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods are available?
We use Moyasar, licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). It accepts Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and STC Pay. All transactions are in Saudi Riyals.
Is my card data safe?
Yes. We never store your card data on our servers. Processing is fully handled by Moyasar, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified (the highest payment security standard).
When do I receive my invoice?
A ZATCA-compliant e-invoice is sent to your email immediately after payment, and is always available under "My Invoices" in your dashboard.
What's the refund policy in brief?
7-day money-back guarantee for monthly subscriptions, no questions asked. Wallet top-ups refundable within 14 days before use. Gift cards refundable within 14 days before recipient activation. Full details in the Refund Policy.
How long does a refund actually take?
We process the request on our side within 3–5 business days. The amount then takes another 5–10 business days to reach your bank account depending on your bank (Mada/Visa/Mastercard). Total: 8 to 15 business days maximum.
Are there hidden fees or surprise renewals?
No. All displayed prices are tax-inclusive. Auto-renewals are preceded by an email reminder 3 days before renewal, and you can stop them with one click from "My Subscriptions".

Distributors Program

What is the authorized distributors program?
A program that lets individuals (freelance license holders) and companies sell Zayenha Hub top-up codes and subscriptions at special prices, with a fixed margin or commission. Full details on the Distributors page.
What's the difference between the two sales models?
Prepaid Wholesale (40% discount): buy codes upfront at 40% off, sell at full or your own price. Consignment (25% commission): receive codes without upfront payment, sell them, then collect 25% commission on what sells.
Who can register for the program?
Individuals: with a freelance license, Maroof certificate, Mawthooq certificate, or individual trader registration — wholesale model only. Companies & institutions: with active commercial registration + VAT number (or equivalent in your country outside KSA) — both models available.
When will I get a response to my application?
The review team studies your application and documents and responds within 5–7 business days. Upon approval, you receive distributor dashboard credentials and onboarding details.
Is the program available outside KSA?
Yes — we accept applications from all Gulf and Arab countries (including Palestine). Required documents vary by your country (local commercial registration + tax certificate or equivalents).

Partnership & Loyalty Programs

What are the partnership & loyalty programs?
Programs that give employees of companies, banks, government entities, and educational institutions access to exclusive discounts and benefits on Zayenha Hub apps — such as STC Qitaf, Al Rajhi Mokafaa, government employee benefits, university students, and more.
How do I activate my partnership code?
From /partners/activate enter your program code (e.g. QITAF-XXX). It activates once only, and benefits apply automatically to all your future transactions — no need to renew the code.
What benefits do I get?
Vary by program, and may include: percentage discount on all subscriptions, bonus loyalty points, free days on specific apps, exclusive access to premium apps, or a mix.
My company or organization wants to join as a partner — how?
Use the "Become a Partner" form on the /partners page to submit your organization details and proposed benefit. Our team will contact you within 3–5 business days.
Can I use more than one partnership program on the same account?
No, each account is activated with only one partnership program at a time. To change the active program, contact support at z@zayenha.com.

Gift Cards

How do I send a gift card to someone?
From the Gift Cards page choose the value, enter recipient details (name and email), write your personal message, and pay. The card arrives at the recipient's email immediately with activation details.
When does a gift card expire?
Cards remain valid until activated (no expiry before activation). Once the recipient activates, the value is added to their wallet as Saudi Riyal balance, spendable across multiple transactions.
Can I refund a card that hasn't been activated?
Yes. The sender may request a refund of the card value within 14 days of purchase, provided the recipient hasn't activated it yet. Details in the Refund Policy.
Can the card be used partially?
Yes. After activation the value becomes wallet balance for the recipient, usable in multiple transactions to purchase any subscription or app on the platform.

Privacy & Security

How do you protect my data?
We comply with Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations. All sensitive data is encrypted (AES-256), all communications via HTTPS, and we never store your card data. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
Do you sell or share my data?
We never sell your data. We share only with: Cloudflare (infrastructure), Moyasar (payment processing), Saudi regulators upon valid legal request only, and linked-app developers under strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
What are my data rights?
You have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, port it (machine-readable), object to marketing processing, and file a formal complaint with SDAIA if you see a violation. To exercise any right, email z@zayenha.com.
How do I delete my account permanently?
From your account settings request deletion, or email z@zayenha.com from your registered email. Your data is deleted within 30 days, except accounting records that must be retained 6 years per ZATCA requirements.
Is my data stored outside KSA?
We use Cloudflare's globally-distributed infrastructure, and data may transit centers outside KSA for performance and security. We apply contractual and technical safeguards consistent with Article (29) of PDPL — sensitive data is not transferred without explicit legal basis.

What are the official working hours?
Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm Riyadh Time (GMT+3). Messages outside hours are answered on the next business day.
How long do ticket responses take?
We aim to respond to every ticket within 24 business hours. Critical technical issues (service outage, payment problem) have higher priority and are usually handled within hours.
Where do I track my previous support tickets?
From the "My Tickets" section on the Support page — appears automatically after signing into your account, with each ticket's status and references.
Can I visit your office?
Our office is at Floor 7, Building 407, Zone 4, King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Riyadh. Visits by prior appointment only — please contact z@zayenha.com beforehand to arrange the appointment.
